Promotional de***** contracts

I took out a promotional package which was informed to me 40Gig day 40Gig night for R199 which was only valid for that day. Upon activation i noticed my gigs showed 20/20gig. I even confirmed on the call if its 20/20 or 40/40 and the lady confirmed 40/40 for R199. there should be a call recording. Please get back to me as i would like to further this to the ombudsman
