PROMOTIONAL CODE???

<p>I ordered... or attempted to order a phone online. I had no way to contact talkom and received nothing after my online application. Only to receive an email 2 days later saying i havent answered my calls. they politely left me a number to call with a promotional code. then kept me on hold for almost an hour after which time i attempted to use the online chat function (useless) call the nearest branch (N1 City - phones are most likely props because they never answer either). Right now im ready to part with the extra cash just because another company can answer their phones. Rather strange coming from a company who sells them. </p>
