PROMOTION PROMISE NOT KEPT BY TELKOM. DISAPPOINTED !

I ordered the January special for fibre at my property in Lenasia. Same was duly installed but the headset that was part of the promotion was not delivered. I called on the 21st January to ascertain when the headset would be delivered and i spoke to Christine Rustin who advised there was a backlog on the devices and she would put in the order for me. I heard nothing after that. I then called back on the3rd Febraury and spoke to Angel who gave me the REF NUMBER *** and advised that she would escalate it. Again i have heard nothing. I tried calling three times today each time the phone got dropped off in my ear
