i was told today after emailing the whole week, and calling in today being shunted from Services, to sales, to technical, eventually to Mobile, that it is correct to use our Data... i asked for a supervisor and Bongi said they busy, so i held and held and held, only to be told he cannot get a supervisor to call me back. so i asked the supis name, and he said there are many, and they are all busy!!!!

THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!!!
