Promises promisis from Telkom Mossel Bay

This complaint is about Telkom Mossel Bay. I got a new contract for a Huawei P8 Light on 24 November 2017 and bought a cover and screen protector on the same day. When I opened the packet I found that the gell cover was to small and the screen protector cracket. I returned the material on 25 November 2017 and since then I have had promises of my money, R199, that might be returned or the cover replaced. Everytime I visit the Telkom Shop in the Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay I have to stand in the que for long periods of time only to get new promises regarding refunding. The last time was two weeks ago, end of March, and still no joy.
