PROMISES PROMISES...TELKOM MOBILE DEPARTMENT A JOKE!

<p>Once again Telkom has not ceased to amaze me! I was once again promised that something would be sorted out and nothing has come of it! They are very quick to respond and say that their " Retention department" is sorting it out. I have no feed back since! I am now going to find legal action and see what my next steps are! This is absolutely crazy that a simple issue gets dragged on like this! If any money should be debited from my account this month I will simply reverse the transactions and they can cover the cost!</p>
