Promises, promises - but nothing else

<p>Six days ago I published a complaint and even though a reference number (AI ********** ) was received from Noleen (Telkom Social Media Team) stating that the query has been forwarded to Telkom's Billing Team this seems to have been the "end of the road" regarding my complaint because there has been absolutely no response from the latter. Given my experience it is, I suppose, no wonder that there are more than 51 000 reviews for Telkom on this site - predominantly bad experiences from customers all over the country.</p> <p>Is there ANYONE in Telkom who can actually do something about a query and not just shove it from desk-to-desk thinking - "Now I've done my job - now it somebody else's problem"? You are giving your company a BAD name and tomorrow there may no longer be a company to provide you with work because such *********** people are simply not tolerated in private industry!</p>
