Promises of LTE, Speed lasted a week. Telkom Coverage Map is a thumb suck at best

Ive had the telkom LTE for 3 months now.

The first week i had download speeds of 16mbps and upload of 11mbps

It slowly got worse and worse to about 3mbps down and 1mbps up. For an LTE line that promises up to 90mbps. I am getting 5% of the line capacity. For 1000+ rand a month what a ripoff.

Its been up and down since May. Issue logged in May, they did nothing. Make you do a stupid trouble shoot to re setup the router. Like that is going to fix your signal or lack thereof

And when you log the fault. They will only look at your fault int 72 working hours. 9 Days to start looking at it. 2 Telkom consultants have said this on the chat support(Dineo today). 9 Days before addressing an issue is ridiculous. If this poor product continues i will cancel the contract outrigger due to false advertising. I triple checked my house was covered before getting this service and the operator at the store who sold it to me said i was covered well and will have no issue.
