Promises not upheld as usual.

<p>I was contacted this morning by a Telkom technician regarding my line fault I lodged and after telling me that my line is suspended I was told by the technician that he will get someone that can resolve the issue regarding my Complaint and this call was at 11h02 this morning. As expected, I have not been contacted and the time is currently 14h46. Again this service level is shocking! None of the Telkom employees seems to care about the customers. If any private individual is reading this, please do yourself a favour and do not do business with Telkom as they only cause unnecessary hassles and I would urge you to use alternative internet providers such as Neotel.</p> <p> </p>
