Promises not kept and data not given

Hi I took up a data contract with Telkom via sell direct. Per the call the agreement was that I would get 20gig day and 20 gig night and because of the promotion i would get an additional 20 gig day and 20 gig night. I tried to call telkom to query. No one had any idea and Sell direct doesnt answer phones.
