Promises made but can't be done

I used to love Telkom Mobile. But they promise things when something don't work but never allocate anything they say they give. I received message to receive 500 MB data because of network don't work but was never allocate anything, all airtime used as I am not buying data as I am in area Telkom don't want to put tower as they getting more money for Telkom roaming bundles but I stayed loyal for 3 different Telkom numbers. Telkom promise what u want to give to customers. Cause you will lose against Vodacom and other networks. I used to be Vodacom Customer Care Agent for Vodacom and Vodacom customer. And think to port both my main numbers to Vodacom as they look after their customers
