Promises high speed internet, more like no speed internet

<p>I have logged numerous complaints about this issue. You have a variety of excuses, ranging from issues in the area, tower problems and then too many people online at night time. Funny thing this problem has now reached into day time. where i used to get at least 20mb/p.s on my lte i now barely sometimes even get 1 mb. My latency sky rockets to 900. I pay each month on time and you guys cant offer a proper service. Your consultant even told me that they have to figure out what is wrong first... for two whole months? Do you have untrained personel who cant handle their jobs. I worked with the maintenance of Telecommunication towers before and i can tell you now it doesn't take this long to fix an issue. Its more like you guys havent even started to sort the problem out. Fun times at telkom... you guys sit around all day doing ****** all while we pay our hard earned money to you for absolutely nothing. And then you have the audacity to phone me to sell me more telkom products. Stop promoting your stuff, stop selling more LTE/ high speed packages if your infrastructure cant handle the traffic. Your are ro.bb.ing people! </p>
