Promises Broken

<p>I have an LTE Uncapped account. ********** 279. I have been promised an external antenna already as this was part of my package. In December, I received a call from someone who wanted to come and install the antenna. I was on holiday so they promised to call again in January this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I have been waiting for the installer to call again.</p> <p>I have logged a few tickets with the call centre but every time the tickets get closed as "COMPLETED"</p> <p>In May, I received a call from someone who promised me that he is busy with the ticket and that he will get back to me. It’s now more than a month ago and no call.</p> <p> </p> <p>My speed is OK at times but sometimes I would experience 25 000 pings. I clearly need my antenna.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out and let’s get the 1 star to 5?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have opened another ticket today, FYI</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
