Promises and lies

<p>After COUNTLESS phone calls and interactions with Telkom you're constantly getting differnet reasons. All i can say is it is just complete incompetence on their part. We have been phone from Cape Town and promises were made. Well we still sitting and waiting for something to be done after nearly 6 weeks without internet. Told we must get a new router as that was the 'problem' which we did and still isnt working. Told Telkom to send out a technician to sort this problem out and just set up the internet for us and guess what we are STILL waiting. They must just try and charge us for the call out and i will lose it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #TELKOMMUSTFALL</p>
