Promises again not kept by Telkom

<p>I am very disappointed once again with Telkom. There was scheduled for Telkom to come and install out telephone line on 07.08.2017 the technician called and said he will be at our premises at 10 o clock to which arrangements were made to meet him there that time. He arrived at 12 o clock he started then with installation and told us he is going on lunch he arrived back at my premises at 14h30 to which I thought he could finish the installation. Instead he explained that the telephone line is faulty and he has logged a call (did not happen) I then rep**** by saying I am not happy as he has not done anything, he starting becoming arrogant with me and raising his voice and left, I then contacted Telkom on 08.08.2017 explaining the situation and it was promised that another technician will be sent out to me on 10.08.2017 I called the morning again to make sure that technician will be coming and it was confirmed. Arrangements was made again and no technician even bothered showing up to the premises. I am very disappointed in the lack of service I have been receiving from Telkom that is why I previously went away from them. Jo-Anne Bowes ********** romises not kept by Telkom</p>
