Promises

Promises , promises and more promises ......<br> So many promises , so little actions . It seems that you guys don't know how to fix problems. 7 phone calls later and still nothing has happend . Time after time we have tried getting someone here from Telkom but everytime there is something happening at there side and then they can't come. My son can't finish homework that needs research and I can't recieve important emails . We both have spent more money on data then our budget can allow , since we don't have wifi at our home . I really wish that for once Telkom would just tell us what's going on so we know what to do next!
