Promised Telkom Mobile to Telkom Mobile not

I took a cellphone contract with Telkom in January and as part of the contract was promised free Telkom Mobile to Telkom Mobile calls for the first year. When I phone 8ta / Telkom Mobile numbers the calls get deducted from my contract minutes.
