Promised Goods not delivered

Good day<br> <br> Since we first saw the March deal of the Month advertised about two weeks ago on the website I have tried to apply online. I have made several applications online and was repeated told consultant will be in contact. That never happened. Eventually, on Monday, 14 March, I went to the shop to apply for 2 of the deals. I was informed by Thandi that the deal has been extended due to popular demand, but they are out of stock. We can apply and then we will be contacted once the stock arrives to pick up the device. On Wednesday, 16 March, we followed up via online chat as the store does not answer their phones, ref ***4. I was told that they still need supporting documentation. We emailed the documents to Nomazulu Mpofu. Suddenly, on Friday 18 March, I received an SMS stating that we cannot get the deal anymore as stock has run out. We went to the store in question and insisted on the deal as we were promised it and have been trying for so long to obtain it. The manager said she will get back to me by 19 March, which hasnt happened. Today I received another SMS that ref ***6 has been resolved. I want my promised deal!!
