Promised free cordless handset out of stock
To whom it may concern<br> <br> I lodged a complaint on 2015/09/25 about the promised free cordless handset that is continuously out of stock (for more than 9 months now). You promised prompt feedback (SM149017), but I am still waiting to hear from you.<br> <br>
