Promised extender not supp**** and still waiting for service!

During August 2017 Telkom had a promotion giving a Wifi router with an extender. When applying, the extenders were out of stock. This is over 1 month ago. When Telkom has a promotion, make sure the extenders are available with the routers. STILL waiting for Telkom to get back to me with regard to obtaining the promised extender. Please note .... the account had to be paid IMMEDIATELY, but the extender is "hurry up and wait!"

Will NOT recommend Telkom again after this experience!
