Promised Cancellation - Nothing 5 months Later

<p>Im still being billed R699 per month for something I was told would be sorted out and cancelled in March due to lack of service in our area!!! This needs to be refunded urgently as I was billed AGAIN this month and it's not even plugged in. I was told it was already cancelled at the call centre and that I wouldn't be billed again - check the records. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. I've been a loyal Telkom customer for many years but this is terrible service!</p>
