Promise of monthly data evaporated in no time at all

<p>After having initially had a good experience getting 20Gig of data at a " special" promotional price every month, it came as a surprise when after about eight months into the contract, the 20Gig lasted for only half a month, and eventually for only six days. Despite numerous e-mails and visits to their shop to get confirmation that my service cancellation had been implemented, I have not received a single explanation or excuse. Since the cancellation of the contract, I stopped using their service, but find that due to their unresponsive and inept attitude I am still dealing with a continuing flow of debit orders that pop up at any time and for various amounts for services not rendered. </p>
