Promise not kept, *********** staff

On the 25th June I app**** for telkom Internet at n1 city branch. <br> I was assisted by a awesome staff member who I trusted. I asked for a rush delivery and was assured 7 days. When calling the call centre, 3 times, I was given different information. First my deal was not loaded, then it's going to be installed today (still waiting) and then it's gonna take 21 days. This on a urgent delivery. Unacceptable!!! I asked to be transferred to a manager because the call center staff don't know who their outsourced company is that installs the product. That also took forever. I give up. Im going to MWEB, purely for the service.
