Promise not kept

Good day, I have a problem. I app**** for a upgrade at Telkom to go from a 4meg line to a 10 meg line on the 17th of May. Telkom told me that my order got stuck on the system and they have been promising me that it would take 7 working days. I'm still waiting for my 10meg line and Telkom just keeps on promising me and not delivering. The sales person promised me that there is ports available but my order got stuck HOW and they told me that it would be resolved yesterday 10 May and still nothing. \I just want what I'm paying for and for Telkom to keep their promises. Can someone please assist me.
