Promise has made me a Telkom fan

After 3 days with no internet and getting the round around from Afrihost I was presently surprised to learn that Telkom's call center (10210) was open till 11pm. I spoke to a Lady by the name of Promise at around 8:45 on 23/09/2015. She was very pleasant and helpful. She resolved the issue I was having within a few minutes. She has converted to a fan of Telkom from today.
