Promenade Mall

Customer service is very very poor and worse at Cape Town promenade mall, I’ve been there for more than 4 times to do my contract sim swap since February all I get is system is offline or we don’t have SIM cards. The only thing they want is to make a sale. They don’t have any after sale service at all , Telkom please check your stores otherwise you gonna loose customers
