PROLONGED BILLING QUIRY

I signed up for this deal Telkom’s DSL promo prices are as follows: •4Mbps UnlimitedHome Lite – R199 p/m for the first 6 months thereafter R329 p/m with Telkom and from the first month they bill me R397, I called and emailed to try and sort out the issue they keep on saying it is resolved but come month end they bill me for the wrong package, I don't know what to do any more. I have considered reversing the debit order but I don't want a situation where the service is suspended since I work from home I need Wi-Fi. I have rated 1 star since there is no rating below that
