Professionalism!

Just spoke to Tessa Burn on the phone as she wanted to sell my partner and I fibre Internet. Her service and attitude over the phone was great. She has great telephone etiquette and a great deal of patience. She called 3 times to verify and change information (which was more our fault), but she maintained her professionalism. Needless to say, we will be taking the package and we give her two thumbs up for service excellence.
