Professional time waster

Professional time wasters working at Telkom. I have more than enough data but am being throttled. I am not getting what I pay for and when I complain, Telkom employee says fault lies on my end and send me troubleshooting info when I already tried all of that before contacting them and the best they can do is provide me feedback in 72 hours
