I had a 24 months contract for data and router with Telkom.which ended March 2021.prior to the end they called me with a offer to continue paying 99for the same amount of data I was getting.but I declined the offer and asked them to stop the contract.but they kept Debiting my account 99 and 168.sometimes they debited double.i went to stop it at the back 06/07/21.only to find them debit on the 30th and 31st the 168;60 I don't know.i went to their store they fail to explain.they also send me a invoice for 673;80.they want me to pay it before they can close the account.the service in their stores is totally terrible and they are looting Money From struggling citizens in the name of affordable network.they treat contract like a terrible marriage.
