Telkom Shop Mall of Africa I would like to compliment a good experience i had at Mall of Africa, i firstly went to Cell C to upgrade the guy was not friendly couldn't assist me he told me to come back tomorrow. Then decided to go to Telkom the lady was very helpful it took them less than 20 minutes we were done with the upgrade lady was very professional, friendly and explain everything. I myself work as Senior Manager in a Customer Service environment i always appreciated good customer service. I wish her company can recognize her. I forgot her name but on contract it say something like: Agent Name: Seleman3. Very Short lady.
