Professional Call Centre staff
I have logged a few calls due to some technical issues. Whenever I spoke to the call centre agents, they were friendly and professional. They handled my call very well and provided a ref no etc. The SMS system for tracking queries / issues is also excellent. Well done call centre management and staff
