Product under warranty not covered anymore

Bought a new router, had it for three months now and it broke. Now Telkom does not want to fix it but I barely had it. Saying it is not their problem but the technician that THEY send out told me that the previous thechnician that installed it said it did not install it correctly. On top of that every month I am overcharged. Corné Stander
