Product purchases seem to be getting lost in some black hole!

<p>I have tried several times to purchase products for home internet without success. App**** for the May big deal, followed up severally, application was approved and NOTHING. No debit order went off, no delivery, no communication from Telkom. App**** again for the July big deal, still no winning. Apparently I cannot apply when I have another pending application. WHY is a May application still pending when the special ended?? Can someone cancel that order so that I can buy that is if Telkom is at all interested in my business. We submit personal information to Telkom and it is unacceptable for business transactions to just fizzle into thin air.</p>
