product approved but no feedback / no follow up

<p>i have made an application online on the 22nd of march for a special of 4mbps and i was told to wait for some credit vetting which was done and approved on the same day. i have also received an sms informing me that the products shouldnt take not longer than 7 days . however no feed back has been made since day of application. kindly follow up on this matter urgently : ID number : ********** 829083, Mr L.
