Problems with service delivery from Telkom

1)Bought special from Telkom(D-Link 3G MiFi Router plus 1GB data /month*12)<br> 2)Router defective from start<br> 3)Sim in Router defective locked<br> 4)First sim swap 3/11/2015<br> 5)Second sim swap 7/11/2015<br> 6)Receive New Router 10/11/2015<br> 7)On 24/11/2015 established that roaming aspect on Router not activated<br> 8)Reside in area near High School Bloemhof,Stellenbosch<br> 9)Only once was the roaming aspect(MTN not Telkom)in use and the set-up perform well.Most of the time Telkom(not roaming to MTN)was in operation and the result not acceptable<br> 10)Router still not working properly?<br> 11)In the same circumstances the CellC set-up work very well and at 3G all the time(with own data)<br> 12)This performance and service delivery not acceptable<br> 13)Improve or full refund please
