Problems with my wifi/lack of service by telkom

Good day<br> I am appalled by the lack of service received by Telkom Mobile.I found out in July 2015 after going into the Greenstone mall branch that my wifi has been hacked. the consultant was suppose to have logged a query to sort it out. In August 2015, i went into the branch again to find out that there wasnt a query logged, so the consultant logged one REF***6. To date i havent heard anything and everytime io go back to the branch, tyhe female consultant checks the system which says \under 48 hours"...it's almost two months. last month"
