Problems and line isn't even installed yet.

<p>I called telkom to do the 24 month 4mbps uncapped special.. I signed up an paid the deposit. Waited a few days then they sent me a sms with an installation date (Tuesday) which i took time off work to be at home for installation . On the day the technician gets there then says his going somewhere he will be back he then leaves for about 3 hours he comes back an tells me there is a problem with the box an that by Thursday the same week he will be back an install.. Thursday came an no one came, I called telkom they said that on their system according to them it was installed (problem wasn't even reported) they then tell me again it will take another 7-14 working days to get the problem sorted.. I have things to do that is waiting on this WiFi. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are so quick to tell you, you have 7 days in which to pay the deposit but once it's paid they can take their time with installation an sorting their problems out. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up with telkom and it hasn't even been installed yet.. </p>
