Problem with wifi for more than 6 months and no one is able to assist me however I'm still paying the contract.

I have been having a problem with telkom Vangate for more than 6 months my wifi is not working when I purchase the phone they said I'll get 10240 wifi every month but now for 6 months it's not working I've been to telkom Vangate whre I purchase the phone n no one is able to help me they not even taking note of me when I come into their store I have a iPhone 6 n my phone needs a update why do I have to use data if my 10 gig wifi comes in every month n falls away every month becoz no one can help me I phoned in I even went to a technician in n1 city telkom not even there they could asisst me I am totally ****ed of of the service n the poor assists of helping a customer is there anyone that can assist me with this matter
