Problem with telkom line

Firstly I migrated my line to Afrihost to manage, it took Telkom 5 weeks to complete the process. Once migrated, my Telkom line dies. The Telkom cannot provide me with ETA's on technicians to fix the problem. Live chat is totally useless, Telkom is totally useless.
