Problem with Telkom e-mail account.
I have been having problems with Telkom e-mail account since 21/12/2015. I have reported the problem to 10210, but they were not able to fix the problem. I was however informed that a technician would contact me. I am however still waiting. On 05/01/2016 I reported the problem on Telkom's website and was given ref. number #884113. I am still waiting on feedback from Telkom. Their technical support is poor at best.
