Problem with phone

I took out a contract with Telkom and ever since I took out the contract the internet was working for as I could log in, but now I am having a problem with the internet setting and need assistance but no one can assist me. I try to chat online for assistance and a guy Louw said he don't know. He instead asked me to call 081180 where I'll be holding on forever as I already try that number.<br> <br> This is not good for business and can't wait for this contract to finish so I can cancel it as this is not good service.
