Problem with Land Line resolved very quickly

<p>Hi, I had a wonderful service experience from Telkom recently when my Land Line stopped working for incoming and outgoing voice calls. Note that this is the first time I can remember when the Telkom voice service on the phone was completely dead and I couldn't use it, generally it has been very reliable. I called the Telkom helpline and was assisted by an extremely helpful and friendly service agent, I think she called herself Gugu. Thereafter, Telkom kept me updated on my cellphone, every step of the way and by the very next day the problem was resolved and I could use my phone again. Well done Telkom, I was very impressed!</p>
