Problem still not resolved

I have been promised that the extras I never app**** for, will be removed from my landline account, until today nothing has been done,<br> <br> Let me tell you Telkom, I am not paying for these extras and you dare suspend my line.<br> <br> I have been complaining since last year, this year I was called and told only the landline and my emails are active, but the bill comes with extra I dont even know what are they.<br> <br> Please sort out my account,<br> <br> Regards<br> Bafana<br>
