Problem satisfactorily resolved
Thank you. I am happy to say that within 24hours of raising the problem through 'Hello Peter', a technician arrived and had the problem resolved with 30 minutes. The problem had occurred due to wiring being submerged in water in the manhole as a result of some heavy rain. Thank you for the quick response. Regards Margaret
