Problem Restored without any contact
Last week Wed Apr at 08 13:29:19, I opened a fault ticket ***.<br> <br> On Sat Apr 11 at 10:19:42 I recieve a SMS stating that \Dear Customer your report reference 548CNK080415 was restored."<br> <br> Problem is"
