PROBLEM NOT ADDRESSED
the internal extensions is not working we have reported this to Telkom 7 times.. every time we get a sms to tell us that our lines have been fixed.... there is nothing wrong with our lines ... the problem is with the internal extensions.. we need a technician to come to our office and work on our extension lines INSIDE THE OFFICE.<br> I have tried to explain this to your call centre but no one is understanding what I have been trying to tell them.. PLEASE can someone just come out to our office and work on the lines ... Most recent faulty report ref number 58ARI151015, 59ARI151015, 61ARI151015
