Pro rata ripoff

Warning to anyone getting a mobile contract.<br> <br> It was explained that the contract would be pro rata for the remainder of the month (the norm) <br> But they did not mention that they will charge you for the full month on your device (ripoff)<br> <br> I received my phone on the 24th February. Everything pro rata but they charged me R400 for my device.<br> So that's R100/day for my device.<br> I phoned to check on this and they agreed that this was not explained to me and that they where at fault but that there was nothing they can do. So now I have to pay for there faults.<br> <br> Regret moving to telkom mobile and feel like I have been totally **********.
