Pro rata or go back to school

<p>Already complained about Telkom Mobile June Bill not prorated. contract start on 16may2016. monthly subs 169.00/15days=R90.14 =R259.14. </p> <p>R319.00 has been deducted from my bank account.... please credit the balance to my mobile july or august bill.</p> <p>PLease Please do your sums with a calculator.</p> <p>Phoned 180 , the operator went into a long description of how my bill was calculated. better to say nothing than irritate the customer. Pro rata is from the time the contract was agreed to the billing date. </p> <p>thank you...................................</p>
