Priscilla Medee

I'm not one who says a lot but I would really like to say that if Telkom allows their walk-in store staff to be as rude and unhelpful as Priscilla Medee at their Greenacres - The bridge branch to be, I'm sorry to say that they are going to loose clients. Firstly I had to wait in line for over a hour just to get a simple sim-swap, while there is a empty sales que. I'm just thinking that maybe the sales guys can help the service line with simple stuff if they aren't busy (just a suggestion). Only to get to the front to be told that I can go to any other network if I want and get my number ported to them if I want I'm not forced to get a sim-swap with her. So basically I was told to "F" off to another network if I want by this old woman Priscilla Medee. Just so Telkom knows my number is a Telkom number my MiFi sim is a Telkom sim so you could call me a true believer up until I had to walk into your store for something so small and deal with Priscilla. You have her to thank for me moving to another network. The number you see that registered on this hello peter account was supposed to be a temporary number but due to Priscilla Medee's foul service and if Telkom does not contact me to rectify this it just might become a permanent number (its a different service provider). Oh and if I could I would have not selected a star in the rating box of this review but unfortunately it forces you to select one. 05/11/2017 is when my encounter with your poor service consultant was (yes yesterday, had to calm down before writing this)
